Our cleaning process – step by step

Depending on the type of contamination and the surface material, we carry out façade cleaning in the following stages:

- Biological disinfection

Application of biocidal agents to eliminate microorganisms such as algae, mosses and moulds

- Dissolving traffic and atmospheric residues

Use of deep-penetrating cleaning agents to break down soot, smog, and airborne particulates

- Low-pressure rinsing with hot water (40–70°C)

Safe for renders, joints, hydrophobic coatings and sealants – does not cause micro-cracking

- Microbiological impregnation (optional)

Long-term protection against biological regrowth using specialist surface treatments

- Washing of glass elements, cornices and architectural details

Final touches – ensuring complete cleanliness of the façade, including all finishes
